My mission here at Good Thoughts Rising is to help you heal the way you think and feel about yourself and your life.
You deserve to feel good about yourself and to enjoy your human experience. You always have. But at some point, you adopted a way of thinking, feeling and behaving that doesn’t allow for that. One that keeps you stuck in self-doubt– feeling and playing small.
This effects every aspect of your life. It influences how loved you feel in your marriage, the way you mother, how comfortable you are around family members, in-laws and friends and whether or not you confidently pursue things you’re interested in.
It’s time to learn how to think on purpose, in a way that helps you create exactly what you want– for your marriage, as a mom, in your relationships and pursuits.
I would be honored to guide you as you begin (or continue) your own healing journey. I believe in your ability to shift the way you see yourself and in turn, the way you see everything else– your marriage, parenting, relationships and goals.
